"Tesori di sapienza" is a book celebrating the Third Age

On the occasion of the 1st World Day of Grandparents and Older People, which will be celebrated on 25 July 2021, we propose the reading of "Tesori di sapienza. Parole ai nonni". A collection of the most significant words taken from the words Pope Francis addressed in his speeches to the elderly. Grandparents are our history, they represent wisdom, they are a guide for each one of us. The Pontiff never fails to remind us that they must be cherished, loved, listened to and pampered. The volume also contains photos of the Holy Father's meetings with elderly people. This year Pope Francis has also proclaimed Grandparents' Day, which will also fall on the fourth Sunday in July. The preface is by Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendonça, Archivist and Librarian of the Holy Roman Church.
