Santiago Madrigal Terrazas, S.I., was born in 1960 and he is jesuit. Professor of ecclesiology and ecumenical Theology at the Pontifical University Comillas in Madrid, where he studied obtaining the degree in Philosophy (1984) and the Doctorate in Theology (1994). In the same university he served as Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Canon Law between  2002 and 2009. He obtained a degree in Theology from the Philosophisch-Theologische Hochschule Sankt Georgen in Frankfurt (1991). He is also Consultor of the CEE Commission for Interconfessional Relations and member of the Real Academia de Doctores in Spain.
