►Thequaderni Laboratorio di governo are the result of the multi-year  experience of the School of Government started by Curators in 2010 in collaboration with the Theological Institute for Consecrated Life, the Pontifical Lateran University, and Claretian juridical Institute. In this Series they propose a focused and concrete reflection for the accompaniment of consecrated people in the exercise of their authority. The second number of the Series intends to analyse in depth the role and the purpose of the General Chapter, as a moment in which the Institute experiences eminently the synod style: the concrete commitment of walking together, of making shared choices in the choral obedience to the Holy Spirit, for each person’s life and for the Institute as a whole. The oeuvre exhorts to an enlivened government supporting the communitarian body to become more and more “a listening Church” in the awareness that listening  «is more than hearing» (EG 171) and that from the mutual listening everyone has something to learn according to one’s intelligence and soul.
