This book intends to answer the numerous questions concerning the Christian lifestyle which is proposed by and emerges from the Pontiff’s behavior and theological reflection. His way to live the Church and the world, coming to light from his gestures and from his words, are expression of a lifestyle and not of a mere doctrinal teaching. From the analysis carried out by the Author, the strong relation between Pope Francis and the Gospel appears, and the centrality of such relation emerges within a message of which he is bearer. The importance of the moral theology of his pontificate is evident in the most significant texts of his teaching. The study here proposed is dedicated in the first part to his ethical teaching of fundamental nature, and in the second part to that concerning more specifically the world of affectivity. The aim of the book is to highlight the lymph which livens up the Pope’s teaching. This is the reason why the reflections focus on Christian love, vital essence of moral theology, and on its conjugal declination, as prolific nucleus of family ethics.
