LA GRACIA COMO PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA NATURALEZA DIVINA SEGÚN SANTO TOMÁS DE AQUINO

This work explores the corollary of the "outpouring" of grace. Each person in friendship with God participates in a fullness of grace that enables him or her to sanctify himself or herself and also enables him or her to share it actively with another person or persons for their salvation in the measure of his or her own love. Among those who live the faith with active charity, there are reciprocal flows of grace that go from mother to son, from teacher to disciple, from spiritual father to his sons and daughters, and vice versa, and also between friends, spouses, as well as in all human relationships that manage to become fraternal "bonds of perfection" (Col. 3:14).
The question, then, is: how, in a globalized society such as ours, can we renew with the grace of Christ the social order based on friendship and fraternity as a gift and mutual service that Pope Francis proposes in Brothers All, in the way that the beatitudes, the works of mercy and the rite of foot washing teach it? Some possibilities are presented.
