LA NUOVA EVANGELIZZAZIONE PER LA TRASMISSIONE DELLA FEDE CRISTIANA

The XIII Ordinary General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops took place in Vatican City from 7^th to 26^th October 2012 on the theme The new evangelization for the transmission of the Christian faith.This volume proposes the contents elaborated, discussed and approved by such an Assembly and presents all the material it produced in a chronological order. The first part lingers over the announcement and preparation of the synod Assembly and its solemn inauguration. The second part presents the development of the Assembly: the works carried out in the general Congregations as well as those carried out in the minor Associations. The third part contains the events in the synod context. The fourth part presents the apostolic Exhortation Evangelii gaudium of Pope Francis. In the appendix we find the texts of the General Secretary of the Synod of Bishops: the Lineamenta and the Instrumentum laboris, the work calendar, the list of the participants, the Commission for the information and the Commission for the message, the names of the Members of the XIII Ordinary Council.
