Keeping together the yearning for Heaven and the responsibility towards each brother and sister. Pope Francis never ceases to remind us of the inseparable nature of Christianity: our vocation to the infinite and to the embrace with a God the Father of mercy, and our active response, made up of active and creative charity. In these pages too, which present the Pontiff's reflections on the Sunday Gospels taken from Luke's text, Francis accompanies the reader to the discovery and practice of this dynamic: on the one hand the acceptance of the announcement of mercy that Jesus came to bring to earth, and on the other our commitment to correspond to this grace, exemplified in a series of sentiments and attitudes that substantiate a radical generosity.
