REGOLAMENTO DEI POSTULATORI

The book collects the text of the Regulations for Postulators authorised by Pope Francis and entered into force on 11 October 2021. The Postulators, by their action, contribute to highlighting the examples of those baptised persons who have lived and witnessed to the Gospel. In these Regulations the Postulators find, in synthesis, the practice and the particular pontifical law on the Causes of Saints contained: in the Code of Canon Law; in the Code of Canons of the Eastern Churches; in the Apostolic Constitution Divinus perfectionis Magister; Normae servandae in Inquisitionibus ab Episcopis faciendis in Causis Sanctorum; in the Apostolic Letter, given motu proprio, Maiorem hac dilectionem. De Oblatione Vitae and Norms on the Administration of the Assets of the Causes of Beatification and Canonisation. In addition, the Regulations of the Consulta Medica and the Instructions Sanctorum Mater and Relics in the Church: Authenticity and Preservation, as well as any other normative document issued by the Dicastery, must be observed. This edition contains the Postulators' Regulations in the following languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
