The Arcisodalizio of the Roman Curia, even in the period of global and exceptional gravity caused by the pandemic, did not intend to fail in its commitment to the study and deepening of issues of particular relevance, not limited to the field of canon law. The cultural meetings and the scientific contributions were aimed at a theme of fundamental importance such as sexuality, addressed and analysed from a variety of aspects: theological, anthropological and magisterial; medico-legal and psychiatric; and finally juridical, with a comparative view. The volume, conceived and edited by Roberto Palombi, is structured and divided into four parts.
The work, without any pretension of being exhaustive, is proposed as a contribution for all those - practitioners of the canonical forum and scholars - who wish to deepen such a complex topic on the basis of a multidisciplinary and scientifically qualified approach.
