This book contains the Acts of the first training course in  Canonical Medicine held at the Tribunals of the Vicariate of Rome in 2015. It was addressed to those who, in various roles (judges, defenders of the bond, experts, patrons) work in the field of the canon matrimonial  jurisdiction, and with a double aim: to offer a theoretical itinerary of knowledge and update on the scientific issues which are object of the medicolegal expertises – a complicate and always changing sector; and from a practical point of view, to apply an instrument of easy and exhaustive consultation on the psycho-physical conditions of the parties in the matrimonial trials for a specialised judgement.
