This volume offers a further contribution of Card. Amato on the theme of Holiness, illustrating in this case how the Saints are authentic masters and models of hope. In particular, the volume, like the previous four, is divided into two parts: the first, "Yearnings of Hope", contains considerations on Christian hope, the second, "The splendor of holiness", collects homilies, letters and reports, held throughout 2013, which describe the life and work of Saints and Martyrs, heroic witnesses of Christ, our hope.
