«Love is everything else, other than being blind. It can see very well». If it were blind, then would not be able to focus. it would not have sense and direction. As it happens often, it signifies a word is beyond control, a state of exception or of emotion, without any precise title to name God, or to narrate the grace of God or its essential bonds. This seems to be the profound conviction that guided the entire life of Hans Urs Balthasar, one of the greatest theologians of the 19th century. Re-reading with him the essay ”Only love is Credible” (1963), in a broader spectrum of the academic Trilogy, as one of deeper insight, we discover the freshness of thought, which restores to love, it’s source of truth and justice, and it’s ethos. The order of love (Ordo Amoris) as Augustine calls it, should be reworded as the affection shared with the Son of God, for the bonds of goodness that forms and regenerates the world in the hope of love. «Whoever loses his life, for my sake and that of the gospel, will save it» (Mc 8, 35)
